Nosmo Riding Stables, 1 Cropping Road – Owned by Mrs King who will take on Saturday help but be warned step out of line and she will not hesitate in using her crops.

Mr Hargreaves, 32 Mule Way ~ Retired School Headmaster whom is a stickler for good behaviour and infact has an abundance of canes in his attic left from his schooldays, is quick to tell Aunty Shan if her wards step out of line and what they should get for doing so.

Mrs Lowery, 30 Mule Way ~ Lovely old lady who loves nothing more than sitting in her garden reading magazines, she used to work in the textile industry but now owns a market stall selling slippers, Aunty Shan/HM knows her rather well.

Miss Steele, 28 Mule Way ~ energetic lady who is a VET and does a lot of rambling in her spare time; consequently isn’t at home very much but likes people to do her chores.

Mr Doherty, 26 Mule Way ~ Old Irish man, keeps himself to himself unless anyone crosses him and as the pathway to the gardens is next to his house….well, let’s just say he is soon on the phone!

Ms Lee, 24 Mule Way ~ Owns a flower shop in the Shopping Centre has lived around here for a long time so knows everyone. Quite a friendly lady.

Mr Browne, 22 Mule Way ~ Retired and slightly deaf spends his time tending his prize Dahlia’s and pruning his trees. Unfortunately, some of the more wayward kids have a knack for loping the tops off his flowers and one time near Christmas covered his trees in Toilet paper, of course he reports everything to Aunty Shan/HM.

Mrs Sawdon, 20 Mule Way ~ owns a small, traditional sweetie shop in the Shopping Centre but keeps an eye on all the youngun’s who visit it.

Miss Dudley, 18 Mule Way ~ she helps out in the bookies especially when Mr Lotovcash is in the school and assists in the flower shop on occasion.

Patel’s Shop ~ Owned by Mrs Patel getting on a little now but still has all her faculties and doesn’t take to kindly to thieves indeed she has threatened them with one of her leather sandals before now.

Medical Centre ~ Run by Sister Scarlett Botham along with Nurse Nacing both are very good at their jobs and well respected in the area for all they do.

Police Station ~ WPC Maitland’s work place – Need I say more! Sgt. Canhecus also believes in the use of disciplinary methods.

Nursing Home ~ run by Matron Moslipe, some of the more naughty boys call her a prude as she doesn’t allow the residents any fun, apparently!

Birchfield Farm ~ Owned by Farmer Giles who works the fields in the South West of the district, he has some large machinery on his farm and also sells some of his produce to the local residents (and yes, I said sells!!) 

Recruitment Office, 14 Main Road ~ as the name states this is the office where all types of recruiting goes on so we have a varied selection: - It is run by Major. Upsett. Some of the recruiting agents are; - Frau. Derovneb (when she is over from Germany), Frau. Kaiser, Sgt. Wacca, Cpl. Numpentish, Cmdr. Rogand and Col. W. S. Trapping from the USAF.

The VS Finishing School, 12 Main Road ~ Headmistress - Mz S Van d’Yer (also Aunty Shan), Deputy Headmaster – Mr Renac the school where all the districts kids attend or should attend!

Mrs Bissett - 10 Main Road ~ School’s dinner lady...you make your mind up about her!

Paddle Inn ~ Landlord Bert Ferkin; stern man who doesn’t take too kindly to underage drinking. Bar maid ~ Lucy, whom is a bit naïve and serves some of the underage drinkers when shown counterfeit id. Arthur Beare cellar man known to the locals as “Arfa’ beer” has been known to chase lads down the street.

Bookmakers ~ Run by Ivor Lotovcash who also helps out at school as the treasurer.

Mrs Hastings, 1 Caneum Avenue ~ a widower whose late husband was in the merchant navy and on his travel he procured a few strange looking implements which were stored in Mrs Hastings Attic until recently.

Mr Ladlow, 3 Caneum Avenue ~ is out and about quite often but when he is in you had better not be playing near his house!

Aunty Shan, 36 Mule Way ~ I am sure you all know who she is <smiles>

Mrs Dakin & Amanda, 34 Mule Way ~ Mrs Dakin’s husband left her years ago to bring up Amanda on her own whom she dotes on, ok she is spoilt but gets her own way all the time subsequently she gets anyone and everyone into trouble on a constant basis as she can do no wrong according to Mrs Dakin that is.

Bear in mind these are fictional characters and bear no resemblance to any persons in real life, they are used within a role play scenario when visiting Miss Shanelle on a 1-2-1 basis, you can however determine the character you would like Miss to play upon your visit.

Other people outside Lower Paddlington, these are about people/characters you will regularly see and hear about on skoolie_spankings, whom visit Miss Shanelle on a regular basis:- 

Mrs Snitchington, 56 Instigate Avenue, Lower Bottom - Titch's mother's house, she adores her son but also knows he can be easily misled thus she sends him to her sisters'; Aunty Shan's over the holidays and he goes to her school too just so that she can keep an eye on him and ensure he is not falling into mischievous ways.

Mr & Mrs Thyme, 144 Strong Street, Rec'y Top - Justin Thyme's parents whose mum has had enough of his behaviour and sends him for long visits with his Aunt her husband's sister, again he goes to The VS Finishing School, he is quite a character within the school and seems intent on coming up with scams which only leads him into trouble and then more trouble follows.

Mr & Mrs Grassmore, 12 Del Ayed Avenue, Birchover - Paul Grassmore's parents whom believe in discipline but love their son too much to administer it hence why he goes to The VS Finishing School and visits his Aunty Shan Mrs Grassmore's sister on a regular basis. He is always a late but in the same vain has an excellent excuse or so he thinks, being one of the older pupils he lays the blame on his cousins alot!

Mr Stewart, 18 St. Stricter Road, South Paddlington - Roddy's guardian sent him to the VS School in the vain hope it would teach him to be better behaved, so far he has done his guardian proud by becoming Head boy but how long will he keep his badge when he keeps coming up with cunning plans!

Mrs Grimshaw, 288 Ubin Court, Little Canington - Eddie's mom - She sends him to The VS Finishing School simply because it was the only one that administers discipline and she thought her wayward son needed some of that plus she wanted to offer the support to her sister in law - Shanelle.

Mr & Mrs Jennings, 60 Smarting Road, Floggington - Susie's Dad, he still firmly believes in corporal punishment which is why she is sent to The VS Finishing School, there's no escape for poor Susie as she receives discipline at school, Auntie's house and home. One would think this would keep her on the straight and narrow but it seems Susie just lands herself in bother.

Mr & Mrs Carruthers, 6 Corporal Pathway, Upper Floggington - Lofty's Dad, an army man settled on living near Lower Paddlington due to his involvment with setting up Recruitment Office and liked how the VS school was run so sent his son there in the hope he may follow in his footsteps with the aid of learning discipline.

Mrs Pemberton-Chessington, 8 Upper Class Avenue, Littlemore - Stinky as he is known to his classmates is relatively new to the school but still he seems to find himself in the "little mishaps" that happen although he denies his involvement profusely.
